There is more to being green than just recycling. I want you to think about things with the Earth in mind. Take bubbles for instance. You can go, get in the car, waste the gas, go to the store and buy a bottle of bubbles that took not only resources and energy to make but took gas to deliver the product to the store. Or, you can look around your home and make your own bubbles. Better for the Earth and cheaper too! Below are 2 recipes for bubbles:

  • 6 parts water
  • 2 parts Dawn
  • ¾ part light corn syrup or glycerin (available at your local pharmacy)
Mix and store in a container
  • 1/2c Dawn
  • 2 c water
  • 2 t sugar
Mix and store in a container
